What it does
To convert a PDF to Excel for free, drop it here with Excel (.xlsx) preselected. ActuallyFreeTools finds table-like blocks by their column positions and turns them into rows and columns, with numbers stored as numbers you can sum. Choose one sheet per page or everything on one sheet. Scanned PDFs need OCR first.
How to use it
- Drop the PDF — Excel is preselected.
- Choose the pages and whether to use one sheet.
- Convert and open the .xlsx.
