ActuallyFreeTools is free to use for personal and commercial work. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your files and your responsibility

Only process files you have the right to use. Tools such as Unlock PDF are for documents you own or are authorised to open; do not use them to get around protection on someone else’s work.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. Always check important results — for example OCR text, converted figures or signed documents — before relying on them. ActuallyFreeTools is not liable for loss arising from use of the tools.

Legal effect of signatures

Whether a signature added with Sign PDF is legally valid depends on your jurisdiction and the document. Check what the recipient requires.
