What it does
ActuallyFreeTools turns a spreadsheet into personalised PDFs for free: certificates for every attendee, letters for every client, address labels on standard sheets, or your own designed PDF filled in row by row. Put {{Column name}} where values go; download one combined PDF or a zip of separate files named after your data.
How to use it
- Drop an Excel or CSV file (first row = column names) or paste rows.
- Pick certificates, letters, labels or your own PDF, and place {{Column}} fields.
- Generate and download.
