What it does
ActuallyFreeTools flattens PDFs for free. “Form fields” converts filled-in fields into ordinary page content while keeping text sharp and selectable. “Everything” redraws each page so comments, highlights and stamps are baked in too. Flattening stops answers being edited and makes the file look the same in every viewer. Nothing is uploaded.
